Rev Moon saw fishing as a way to feed the world’s hungry people. From boatbuilding (Master Marine) to fishing for tuna or shrimp (Gloucester, MA and Bayou la Batre, LA). Fishing was already a tough job, but when Rev. Moon went tuna fishing, he would start out at 3 am to be first on the tuna grounds, fish all day, then give speeches until midnight, then wake up again at 3 am for morning service. If anyone had ever caught a tuna at night, he would have fished all night as well. People trying to keep up with Rev. Moon frequently collapsed after a week or two.
