The Blessing

True Parents emphasized through the years that their main mission on the Earth is giving the Blessing to God’s sons and daughters. The Blessing is a sacrament in the movement, the holy marriage of a man and woman. The Blessings grew from three to 36 to 430, 777, 1800, 8,000, 30,000, to 300,000 couples and with many more different Blessings added in-between these historic Blessings. Most of these couples were matched by Rev. Moon, chosen for each other by what he could see the other needed. Some were of former enemy countries, or of people who historically have struggled with each other. These were restoration Blessings, to help restore the world’s problems and to give birth to children who could now bridge the two struggling forces.
