As young members, we went to campaign in Atlanta before the 21 city tour event in 1973. We went witnessing in the city center before the IOWC members arrived, and it was really tough. We had to sell the tickets for all three nights. We tried different things, street preached, etc. One day I determined to sell my next three tickets and, in determination, I half tore the ticket stubs off, they were soon sold. Then the team arrived …like a whirlwind, full of confidence and spiritual power. The atmosphere changed and on the night and over 350 guests arrived at the Regency Hyatt Hotel. I began to relax, it’s gone well, really, I thought.

The meeting was in the basement and a long single escalator descended from the ground floor. Right before me True Father was descending the escalator with such a serious expression, he was life and death serious. It was a wake up. His speech was full of hope and insight. Later as members we were all treated to a victory banquet at a hotel. He said “do you think I came to judge and bring the guests to account? No, it is to give them blessing! In a short time,” he said. “I will fill up a Jumbo jet with you all and send you around the world.” Under two years later, he did just that. A Jumbo jet was booked only for our members, we filled it, bringing Father’s Day of Hope victories to Japan and Korea. Whatever Father said he would do, soon happened.
