Well, if you want to start with “shoulda, coulda, woulda, we might begin with “actual permits” with adherence to “actual legal guidelines” of same.
As a one time “PR person” with the job of attending town council meetings and securing “permits” and meeting with police chiefs assuring them that “this time” we would abide by their guidelines…and wear identification…I felt like the court jester doing the “song and dance” one more time.
Truly we lived many lifetimes.
