OUR MISSION:
Dear Brothers and Sisters.
For those who still out there, and sat on the floor at Belvedere or anywhere around the world, for the same purpose, every Sunday, for almost 7 years, day after day eating peanut butter sandwiches, mizo soup after a long fasting that tasted so good served by Japanese sisters, those who were so shy, that we thought they were not treated well back home.
How about the singing on every corner in Manhattan, and in many cities around this globe, the fundraising in every freeway exit all over America, the campaigns, the rallies,the banquets, the putting posters all over, announcing the Second Coming of the Messiah. The times when we were put in jail because they never heard of any Rev. Moon and thought, it was your own outfit. those were the days. Teaching the Principle on 5th Ave on a blackboard and later dragging a TV and VCR in the subway, that was crazy or not?. People were asking on the streets, what kind of people are you?.
Later we filled the Yankee Stadium in the middle of a thunderstorm, the Madison Square Garden to the rim, and then we went to Washington DC, to Celebrate God Bless America at the Washington Monument, and almost a million(?) people came, we slept in churches, we ate more peanut butter sandwiches and we believed in Rev. Sun Myung Moon.
Some of us got Blessed by Him, some of us waited a little and our wives still with us; we went in our ways but OUR MISSION never disappeared, because we learned something from our Father, the Divine Principle, the big concern and responsibility to save this country and the world, and I don’t know how many good nights we really slept fully, but OUR MISSION is not completed yet, and probably will never be, but one thing is clear, when you believe in that Principle, the Foundation of Faith is there, the Foundation of Substance keeps growing, and the Foundation to receive the Messiah is already laid down for many to come to the Foundation Day, because it works itself silently, with Jesus as the mentor for all peoples of a humble heart, the one we have to follow as the Architect follows the blue prints of a building, with True Parents as a the pattern to build the Kingdom of God here on earth. !!!
